Volcanoes national park is easily accessible via road from main tourism areas around Rwanda, the lodge is located about 120 km from the main capital Kigali and using a 4×4 safari vehicle it’s a two and half hour drive however if you’re coming from Nyungwe forest national park the trip may take you up to 5-6 hours via Karongi and its just 2 hours from the Lake Kivu in Gisenyi
