Suggested safari itinerary
Day 1: Flight from Entebbe to Kihihi airstrip
After morning breakfast you will be transferred to Entebbe airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi airstrip upon arrival in Kihihi you will then be received by your guide and transfer to the Buhoma region of Bwindi impenetrable national park upon arrival you will check in to the Lodge and have Lunch After Lunch you will you may do optional activities Like forest walk, village walks or short birding tours or may decide to take the day at Leisure.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi forest
After morning breakfast you will be transferred to the park headquarters for gorilla briefing by the park rangers After the briefing you will then be spilled into your respective gorilla families after with your lead guide you will head into the forest to trek the gorillas after locating the gorilla family you will spend 1 hour with the Mountain gorillas after you will return to the Lodge for relaxation.
Day 3: Drive to Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park
After Lazily morning breakfast you will drive to the southern part of the park for game drives in search of tree climbing lions and other wildlife that roam the plains of the park , you will also have Lunch and sundowner in the park.
Day 4: Drive to Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth national park
After morning breakfast you will transfer to Mweya for an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga channel after the boat you will do a short game drive in the Kasenyi plains in search of Wildlife and Birds.
Day 5: Drive to Kibale national park
After morning breakfast with packed Lunch, you will drive to Kyambura gorge for a chimpanzee trekking experience after chimpanzee trekking you will then start your drive to Kibale forest national park arriving in time for check-in and dinner.
Day 6: Chimpanzee trekking experience
Your guide will transfer you to Kanyanchu Park station for a briefing about the trek by the Uganda wildlife authority rangers after the briefing you start your trek into the Kibale forest after finding the chimpanzees you will spend one hour with the chimpanzees in their natural habitat playing, grooming and feeding after an hour you will return to the Lodge for relaxation.
Day 7: Flight from Kasese to Entebbe
After morning breakfast you will bid farewell to the Lodge and transfer to Kasese airstrip for your flight to Entebbe upon arrival in Entebbe you will be received and transferred to your day room for relaxation later you will then be transferred to the airport for your outbound flight to your next destination.
