Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the most popular tourism destinations in Kenya -Africa. The reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland.

Detailed safari itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival in Jomo Kenyatta international airport our guide will receive you and transfer you to your lodge upon reaching the lodge you will have a briefing about your safari and relax at the lodge.
Day 2: Domestic flight from Nairobi to Masai mara
After morning breakfast you will be transferred to Wilson Airport by our driver-guide for your scheduled flight to Masai Mara national reserve. Upon arrival at Masai Mara, you will meet our camp guide who will transfer you to the camp for check-in for lunch and relaxation. Later in the evening you will head out for a game drive in search of wildlife and birds. Thereafter head back to camp for your overnight.
Day 3: Full day game drives in Masai Mara
After breakfast spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty seated at the banks of Mara River. Masai Mara plays host to one of the most spectacular events in the entire animal kingdom: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.
Day 4: Morning hot air balloon safari and Afternoon transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Diani beach
You will head out for an early morning hot air balloon safari to see some of the most spectacular views of the mara plains after the balloon safari you will return to the lodge for lunch; after lunch your guide will transfer you to the airstrip in time for your scheduled flight to Diani beach, upon arrival you will be received by our guide and transfer you to the beach resort along the shores of the Indian ocean. On arrival check-in and relax awaiting evening dinner while enjoying beach walks and relaxation by the white sandy beaches of the resort.
Day 5: Full day relaxation at the beach or optional activities to be arranged by the lodge
After lazily breakfast you will spend the day at leisure enjoying beach walks along the private beaches of the resort. You will have the chance to sunbathing or engaged in the numerous water sports that are available including:- Scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, big game fishing and deep-sea diving.
Day 6: Full day relaxation at the beach
After lazily breakfast you will enjoy beach walks along the private beaches of the resort or spent the day at the beach sunbathing or at leisure relaxing along the shores of the resort swimming.
Day 7: Transfer to Diani airport for your flight to Nairobi and later connect to your international flight
Wake up and have breakfast at the resort. Check out and our company representative will pick you up and transfer you back to the Diani Airport and fly back to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international airport to take the flight back home bringing to an end this amazing beach and bush safari experience in Kenya, Africa.

Best time to visit Kenya for wildlife and Beach holiday
The best time to visit Kenya is during the Dry season from late June to October (these are the best wildlife viewing months). The wildebeest migration usually reaches the Masai Mara in August and remains until October when they move back to the Serengeti in Tanzania.
