Suggested safari itinerary
Day 1: Flight from Entebbe to Kasese Airstrip
After early morning breakfast you will be transferred to Entebbe international airport for your flight to Kasese upon arrival you will be received by our guide and transferred to the Kibale forest by road upon arrival at the Lodge you will check in to Lodge and later you will do a swamp walk in Bigodi wetland sanctuary.
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking experience in Kibale forest
After morning breakfast you will be transferred to the park station in Kanyanchu for a briefing after you will be split into groups of 5 people and you will start your trek in to the forest to find the chimpanzees after finding the chimps you will follow them, view them and take videos, photos for one hour after you will return to the Lodge for relaxation.
Day 3: Drive to Mweya for boat cruise and evening game drive
After morning breakfast you will drive to Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth national park for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel and later you enjoy an evening game drive in Kasenyi plains in search of wildlife and enjoy the sundowner too later you will transfer to your Lodge for Overnight.
Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking experience in Kyambura gorge and transfer to Ishasha
After an early morning breakfast you will check out and transfer to Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee trekking experience after the chimpanzee trekking you will then transfer to Ishasha the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park in search of tree climbing Lions and sundowner game drives too in the vast plains of the park.
Day 5: Game drives in Ishasha and transfer to Bwindi forest
With quick coffee and tea you will take an early Morning game drive in Ishasha in search of wildlife and later return to the Lodge for breakfast after breakfast you will take a mid-morning game drive in search of tree climbing lions and later return to the Lodge for lunch and refreshment after lunch you will drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park.
Day 6: Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi forest
Great experience in the wild beats gorilla trekking in Africa’s rainforest, Bwindi forest is one of the last montane rainforests that survived the ice age and now a great habitat for Mountain gorillas, After morning breakfast you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing, after the you will be split in to group of 8 and then you will start your gorilla trekking experience after finding the Mountain gorillas you will spend 1 hour with them and later return to Lodge for relaxation.
Day 7: Flight from Kihihi to Entebbe
Depending on your flight schedule you will be transferred to Kihihi airstrip for your domestic flight to Entebbe upon arrival in Entebbe you will received by a guide and transfer to your day room accommodation for relaxation and Later you will be transferred to the airport for your out Bout flight.
