Detailed safari itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Entebbe to Murchison falls national park

After an early morning breakfast you will depart for Murchison falls national park via Ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will trek the Rhinos on foot and you will have lunch at the sanctuary and after you will then start your drive to the top of the falls for a short hike and after you will proceed to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning game drive and boat cruise in the Afternoon

You will have an early morning breakfast at the lodge and take picnic lunch with you and head to the parks northern bank crossing the bridge over the Nile as you will head to the Nile delta in search of wildlife like Lions, Hyenas, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephants, Uganda Kob, Giraffe and may other species including birds, after the drive you will join on a scheduled water falls cruise where you will expect to see Hippos and Nile crocodiles basking on the sand banks and not missing spectacular views of the falls and later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Drive to Kibale forest national park

After morning breakfast you will then start your drive to Kibale national park via the escarpment where you will have clear views of Lake Albert and later proceed to the fort portal area where you will expect to see lots of tea farms upon arrival you will check in to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking in the morning and afternoon transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

After morning breakfast you will transfer to Kanyanchu for a briefing by the ranger guides, after the briefing you start your trek in to the forest to trek the chimpanzees on foot, upon locating the chimpanzees you will spend 1 hour with the chimpanzees and later return to the lodge for refreshment and later drive to Queen Elizabeth national park for an evening game drive in the park, this park is famous for elephants and lions.

Day 5: Game drive and Boat cruise in the morning and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park

After an early morning breakfast you will take picnic lunch and head out for game drive in the park in search of more wildlife and later in the afternoon you take the boat cruise on the Kazinga channel at 11 am in search of elephants, hippos, crocodiles and birds and later you will drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park arriving in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi forest

Gorilla trekking is one of the greatest wildlife encounters in Africa; coming face to face with the mountain gorillas is one of the highlights of any visit to Uganda, there are only 3 national parks in the whole world where you can see the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat, after morning breakfast you will be transferred to the park station for a briefing by the rangers and after you will start your trek on foot and upon locating the gorillas you will spend 1 hour with them and later return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

Day 7: Drive from Bwindi impenetrable national park to Entebbe

After an early morning breakfast you will bid farewell to the lodge and start your drive to Entebbe via the Equator for shopping and coffee, after arriving in Entebbe you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
