Day 1: Arrival in Vilankulo

On arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Casa Rex Boutique hotel in Vilankulo, Mozambique offers luxury accommodation and is a world-class holiday & honeymoon resort. The hotel overlooks the crystal-clear turquoise Indian Ocean & Bazaruto Archipelago Islands. All rooms are sea-facing with easy beach access and provide stunning ocean views. Often a cool breeze filters through. Rooms are also air-conditioned, with wireless internet access available throughout the hotel & satellite TV in the public area.

Day 2: Explore Vilankulo

Today you can decide how and where to explore and what activities to partake, Water-based activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba, fishing, boat, and dhow cruises. You can also see whales and dolphins in season, Land-based activities include spending time on the beach, walks, hiking, bird watching and horse riding, zip-lining, local markets, and shopping.

Day 3: Explore Vilankulo

Today is another lazy and carefree day at your beach paradise. Enjoy a full course breakfast and decide how to spend your day, you have many options. If you like diving you have the best dive spots at hand. Maybe you want to do some fishing, whale watching, horse riding or just take it easy and relax on the beach or around the pool.

Day 4: Transfer to Bazaruto Island

After breakfast and checkout, we transfer you by boat to the jewel-like archipelago off the coast of Mozambique. Here you check into your private beach villa. Nowhere is beauty more real and pristine than the Bazaruto Archipelago, a protected marine reserve and national park. Here there are no unwanted distractions and you fulfill your escapist dreams on this unspoiled paradise island. Your villa has all the comforts and features you would expect from a 5-star establishment.

Day 5: Explore Bazaruto Island

After a scrumptious breakfast, you can plan and decide your day as you please. There are several water sports including deep-sea fishing, sailing, traditional dhow excursions, snorkeling, and diving. You can also go on an island tour where you travel in a 4 x 4 and explore all the island has to offer.

You can enjoy facilities at the resort such as spa treatment, use the fitness center, play volleyball, visit the coral garden or simply take it easy and relax.

Day 6: Return to Vilanculos

This is sadly the last day of your tropical island escape. After breakfast, we transfer you by boat to the mainland and drop you off in Vilanculos by arrangement.
