Day 1: Arrival at Nouakchott International Airport
Upon arrival at Nouakchott international airport, Mauritania; you will be assisted, received, and transferred to your hotel overnight.

Day 2: Drive from Nouakchott-Atar- Chinguetti
After morning breakfast you drive on one of the best tarmac road in Mauritania the tour will drive through Akjoujt to Atar before proceeding to Chinguetti

Day 3: Drive from Chinguetti to Ouadane
Our journey will take us across 75 miles of fresh-fresh, the true sand dune desert with no tracks, where we will experience the isolation of the lost cities of the desert. When we arrive in Ouadane; we will visit the museum that displays the surprisingly glorious past of this country.

Day 4: Drive from Ouadane-passé d’Amogjar-Terjit
The Passe d’Amogjar is a beautiful canyon, where we will see some amazing prehistoric paintings and the “Fort Saganne”, built by the French. After a short visit to Atar, we will make our way into the desert along a picturesque track to Terjit, at the foot of the Mauritanian mountain range, where an oasis with thermal springs and marvelous pools awaits us for bathing.

Day 5: Drive from Terjit- Nouakchott
We depart for Nouakchott and afternoon we visit Nouakchott town (the museum, market, and craft industry).

Day 6: City tour and Departure
In the morning we will visit the markets and the museum, after lunch, there will be enough time for a swim in the Atlantic Ocean and a visit to the bustling sheng port, at night transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
