Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Maun

Upon arrival in Maun a representative from wilderness Explorers will welcome you and transfer you to the lodge overnight and if time allows you can do a short city tour of Maun.

Day 1: Transfer to Okavango delta

After morning breakfast you will be picked up and transferred to the Airport for your flight to Okavango Delta, upon arrival you will be received by a representative and transfer to the lodge for lunch and relaxation in the afternoon you will take a game drive in search of the abundant wildlife of the Delta.

Day 2: Okavango Delta

Get your David Attenborough voice on; we are in the heart of Africa’s iconic wildlife filming paradise. This sprawling wetland is home to some of Africa’s most incredible species and we will start searching for them after a quick bite to eat and we’re off on an early morning game drive in the Okavango Delta in hopes of spotting elephants, hippos and if we’re lucky, some predators. We’ll head back to camp for a tasty lunch and siesta. Chill in the camp or opt for a Mokoro boat trip along the gorgeous waterways of the delta. In the afternoon we’re back on another jaw-dropping game drive before our traditional campfire dinner. The day isn’t over, though – not even close. This evening we have a once in a lifetime opportunity – a night drive in the bush with spotlights seeking out elusive nocturnal animals you can’t find during the day.

Day 3: Morning walk and Depart for Chobe National Park

Before departing for Chobe national park you will embark on a walking safari with experienced guides and later return for breakfast and refreshment and later take your flight to Chobe national park, Upon arrival, you will be picked up by our guide and transfer to the lodge for lunch and relaxation and later take an evening sundowner game drive in the park

Activity:

Day 4: Chobe National Park

Morning game drive in an open safari vehicle and later in the afternoon take a boat safari on the Chobe River to see the exceptional wildlife and birds on the banks of the River and later return to the lodge for campfire and relaxation.

Overnight: Savute Safari Lodge

Day 5: Depart

After lazily breakfast you will transfer to the airstrip to catch your flight to Maun
