Safari itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Arusha to Southern Serengeti national park

After morning breakfast you will start your scenic long drive to Serengeti national park, this drive will take you through rural parts of Tanzania, you will pass roadside markets and upon entering the park you will start game viewing right away en route to the lodge upon arrival you will check in to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

Day 2: Full day game drives in the park to follow the Migration herds

After an early morning breakfast with packed lunch, you depart the lodge for the park, this drive will be slow as you will be looking out wildlife like Hyenas and leopards that like to be active early mornings and later continue to look out for lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, Zebras, as you locate the mega herds of the wildebeest, usually, there will be a lot of drama in the southern Serengeti as many cats are attracted by the easy kill prey in the wildebeest cows, you will spend the whole day following the migration and later you will return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.

Day 3: Full day game drives in the park to follow the Migration herds

Yet another day in Serengeti will begin with sounds and souls of the wild, you will have a cup of coffee or tea by your room and after taking full breakfast and depart the lodge with picnic lunch, after you will start looking out for wildlife you may have missed and later continue following the wildebeest herd as you will be looking out for hunts that happen frequently during the calving season.

Day 4: Drive to Lake Manyara national park for game drives

After morning breakfast you will bid farewell to the lodge and start your drive from Serengeti national park to Lake Manyara upon arrival you will check in to the lodge and relax, later in the evening you will then do an evening game drive in search of wildlife like lions, giraffes, hippos, leopard and abundant birdlife in the park and later you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Drive to Kilimanjaro for your departure flight

After a morning cup of tea or coffee, you will have a short early morning game drive in the park in search of more wildlife and later return to the lodge for full breakfast and refreshment and later start your drive to Kilimanjaro for your international flight.
