Detailed safari itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Volcanoes national park
After morning breakfast you will drive to Kigali genocide Museum for a historical tour after you will start your drive to Musanze where you will visit the Diana Fossey museum after you will then continue to the Lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Volcanoes National Park
After morning breakfast you will drive to Volcanoes national park headquarters in Kinigi for a gorilla briefing and gorilla family allocation by the Park rangers after the division of gorilla groups you will then drive to trailheads where you will start your trek into Volcanoes National Park thick forest cover to find the Mountain gorillas after finding the gorillas you will view, photography and film them for one hour after you will return to the Lodge for Relaxation.
Day 3: Drive back to Kigali
Depending on your flight schedule you may choose to trek golden monkeys or enjoy the morning at leisure after which you will drive to Kigali for your outbound flight or you may be transferred to your accommodation in Kigali.
