Detailed safari itinerary
Day 1: Drive from Kigali to Volcanoes national park Rwanda
After morning breakfast at your lodge you will be picked up from your lodge and transfer to Kigali city for a short city, where you will visit the Kigali genocide memorial and the Belgian peace centre after you will enjoy lunch at hotel Rwanda, after lunch you will start your drive to Volcanoes national park, upon arrival you will check in to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes national park and transfer to Kigali for your departure
After early morning breakfast at your lodge you will drive to the park headquarters for your gorilla trekking briefing by the park rangers, after you will then drive to the starting point for your gorilla trek on foot, upon locating the gorillas you will spend 1 hour with them and return to the lodge for refreshment and after you will depart for Kigali upon arrival you will be dropped off at your final destination or transferred to the airport for onward flight.
