2 Days Brazzaville City Tour Republic of Congo

Brazzaville is a festive city and also very warm! Strolling through the streets of Brazzaville is a delicious experience that takes us to music on every corner, laughs, smells, colors, grills, and other culinary discoveries, evenings spent sitting in front of the big screen in the streets, or along the majestic Congo River, a glass of wine or beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other to debate on the state of the country and past experiences with the locals. In short, it is a capital that is both lively and captivating!

Moreover, the major tourist asset of the city remains its attachment to the history of colonization and its many places full of stories are there to remind us that Brazzaville was the capital of free France during the Second World War and that its history deserves to be known and lived.

Suggested itinerary

Day 1: Explore Brazzaville
After the breakfast, we will start our city tour by walking downtown and discovering some historical places (De Brazza Memorial, Nabemba tower, Basilica Saint Anna, Sacred heart Cathedral, etc) (2-3 hours)

• We will have then a stop at Mami Wata restaurant for the lunch and we will back to the hotel to have a nap. (3 hours)
• Then, we will continue our walk along the south corniche taking as a starting point the central town hall until cataracts that we should reach at the end of the day to stay there until the evening. (2-3 hours)

Day 2: Explore Brazzaville
After the breakfast, we will drive to Kintele in the northern part of the city and will visit (2-3 hours)

Then, we will have a stop at Elonda resort for the lunch (1 hour)

Eventually, after lunch, we will visit some popular quarters of the city and buy some souvenirs.
