Detailed safari itinerary
Day 1: Arriva in Entebbe and transfer to your lodge for overnight
Upon arrival in Entebbe international airport you will be received by our guide and transferred to your lodge for relaxation.
Day 2: Drive to Kibale forest national park
After morning breakfast you will start your drive to Kibale national park, this is the primate capital of world with stunning 13 species of primates, but chimpanzees trekking is the top activity attracting tourists to encounter these phenomenal primates upon arrival you will check in to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking experience
After morning breakfast you will drive to Kanyanchu park headquarters where you will meet the rangers for a briefing, after you will start your trek on foot to trek the chimpanzees, upon locating the chimpanzees you will spend 1 hour with them and after you will return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 4: Drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park
After morning breakfast you will drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park via Queen Elizabeth national park, during this drive you may have glimpse of wildlife, upon arrival in Bwindi you will check in to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.
Day 5: Full day gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi impenetrable national park
After morning breakfast with packed lunch and full dressed in trekking gear, your guide will transfer you to the park station to meet the gorilla rangers who will lead you on foot to the rainforest, gorilla trekking is described as one of the greatest wildlife encounters in Africa and this is truly undisputed as coming face to face with this giant primate is one of the greatest highlights of your travel to Uganda, this trek will take maybe 2-8 hours depending on the location of the gorilla family and you will spend 1 hour with the gorillas and later return to the lodge for relaxation.
Day 6: Depart Bwindi impenetrable national park for Volcanoes national park
After morning breakfast you will depart for Rwanda, through Bwindi forest and the rugged hill sides of the south western Uganda, at the border you will clear immigration and continue to Volcanoes national park.
Day 7: Gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park
This will be the highlight of your safari as you will be preparing to come face to face with the Mountain gorillas, After morning breakfast your guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Kinigi park headquarters where you will have a gorilla briefing and division of gorilla families after you will drive to your respective gorilla groups and start your trek into the thick forest in search of the Mountain gorillas after finding the gorillas you will spend one hour with gorillas and later return to the Lodge for relaxation.
Day 8: Golden Monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park and transfer to Lake Kivu
Yet another great experience with the rear golden monkeys awaits you just like the mountain gorilla trekking you will transfer to the park headquarters in Kinigi where you will be briefed and split into the smaller groups and then drive to the starting point for golden monkey trekking after finding the golden Monkeys you will spend one hour with them and then later drive to Lake Kivu for relaxation and overnight.
Day 9: Full day relaxation at the shores of Lake Kivu
Lake Kivu which is one of the most beautiful Lakes in the Rift valley great lakes region bordering Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, you will spend the whole day relaxing on this beautiful setting and optional activities can be arranged by your guide.
Day 10: Depart Lake Kivu for Kigali and then connect your Flight from Kigali to Nairobi for overnight
After a delightful safari in Rwanda you will start your drive to Kigali depending on the time of your flight you may do a short city tour and after you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Nairobi, upon arrival you will be received by our representative and transfer to your lodge for overnight.
Day 11: Flight from Nairobi to Seychelles
Depending on flight time you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Seychelles, Mahé is the international gateway to the Seychelles archipelago and a delightful introduction to the local Creole culture. The island’s interior is mountainous with densely forested slopes and there are plenty of optional attractions to its beaches, including Morne Seychellois National Park (for great hiking trails) and the quaint capital city, Victoria.
Day 12: Free day relaxing on the beach or optional activities can be arranged
Turquoise waters, lush jungle and long yawning stretch of white sand. And, with complimentary bicycle hire on hand, you can explore the island on two wheels, with the island breeze in your salt-water-swept hair.
Day 13: Free day relaxing on the beach or optional activities can be arranged
After Lazily breakfast, you will enjoy free day at leisure you may experience the beauty of this island in your own magnificent way. Several activities for you to choose from or then just laze in the crystal clear water of these Paradise islands and their beautiful beaches.
Day 14: Free day relaxing on the beach or optional activities can be arranged

Day 15: Depart Seychelles
After your extra ordinary safari you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.

When to book this safari package
We recommend booking this safari 1 year in advance as Gorilla permits in Uganda and Rwanda gets booked up gets booked up during the summer holidays from June to October.
Best time to visit Tanzania and Seychelles
Due to the changing weather conditions in Seychelles we recommend travelling in October and doubles as good time to see Mountain gorillas in Uganda and Rwanda.
