Safari itinerary

Day 1-Drive from Arusha to Serengeti national park

After morning breakfast you will be picked up from the lodge by your guide and start your drive to Serengeti national park, enroute you will see some spectacular landscapes and upon entering the park you will see some wildlife enroute to your lodge and upon arrival at the lodge you will check in for relaxation and overnight

Day 2- Full day game drives in Serengeti to follow the wildebeest Migration herds

After morning breakfast with picnic lunch you will start your slow game drive in the park in search of African wildlife like Lions, leopard, elephants, Cheetah, Zebras, Wildebeest and beautiful birds that traverse the plains of Serengeti national park, this drive will take you towards the Mara River where you will locate the mega herds and follow them hoping that they will start the River crossing from Serengeti to Masai Mara

Day 3- Full day game drives in Serengeti to follow the wildebeest Migration herds

Yet another day full of action in the mighty Serengeti will start with early morning breakfast and picnic Lunch, you will take a slow game drive in the park to look out for wildlife you might have missed out as you advance to the mara River to follow and wait for the mega wildebeest herds to make the River crossing, it’s usually very hot hours of the day that spark the crossing so you want to be there during the middle of the day

Day 4- Full day game drives in Serengeti to follow the wildebeest Migration herds

Depending on what happens in the previous days you may decide to Take an early morning game drive in the park to catch the early birds and wildlife that are active in the morning like Hyenas and Leopard and later return to the lodge for hot lunch and later head in to the park for an evening game drive in the park, you will also do a sun downer in the park where you will have a drink in the wilderness and later you will return to the lodge for overnight

Day 5-Drive from Serengeti national park to Tarangire national park

After lazily morning you will start your drive to Tarangire national park, this national park is one of the top destinations in Tanzania where you will see a healthy population of elephants and Baobab trees, the permanent Rivers in the park also provide an extraordinary wildlife and birdlife in the park, upon arrival at the lodge you will check in and later in the evening you will do an evening game drive in the park and later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 6-Drive from Tarangire national park to Kilimanjaro to connect your flight to Entebbe  

After morning breakfast you will start your drive from Tarangire to Kilimanjaro via Arusha if time allows you will do a short shopping and later your guide will receive you and transfer you to the airport to connect your flight to Uganda, upon arrival in Entebbe international airport you will be received by our guide and transfer to your hotel for relaxation and overnight

Day 7-Flight from Entebbe to Bwindi impenetrable national park

Depending on your domestic flight time from Entebbe to Bwindi impenetrable national park you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for your domestic flight the 1 hour flight is through a scenic countryside and upon arrival at the airstrip you will be received and transferred to the lodge for relaxation and you may choose to do optional activities like Village walks or forest waterfall walks or take the day at leisure at the lodge

Day 8-Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi forest

After morning breakfast dressed in your Mountain gorilla trekking gear you will be transferred to the starting point for the gorilla trek, this is usually park headquarters where you will meet the park ranger guides who will take you through a briefing about the trek and later you will be split in to smaller units and later you will start your trek in to the rainforest on foot, upon locating the gorillas you will send 1 hour with the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat and later return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight

Day 9-Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation

After lazily morning breakfast you will drive to Lake Bunyonyi, Lake Bunyonyi is Uganda’s deepest lake offering stunning views of islands, upon arrival you will check in to the lodge for relaxation and later in the evening you will take a relaxing boat cruise on the Lake to see historical islands, birds and Local fishermen

Day 10-Drive from Lake Bunyonyi for your flight

After morning breakfast you will bid farewell to the lodge and start your drive to Entebbe upon arrival in Entebbe you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight home
