Fosse aux Lions National Park is a national park in the Savanes Region of Northern Togo. The park is approximately 16.5 square kilometres in size. At one point, the park was home to a significant number of African elephants in the 1970s and 1980s, but their numbers have declined to nearly zero.

This Togo reserve protects a population of about 60 elephants on the Dapaong plain besides other species of mammals like a warthog, duiker, Vervet monkeys, patas monkeys and several species of antelopes.

Tandjouaré is a small town in northern Togo. It is the capital of the Tandjouaré prefecture and lies approximately 20 kilometres from the regional capital of Dapaong. The town lies in a heavily protected area of Togo in the southern part of Fosse aux Lions National Park

Fosse aux lions national park is located 630 km from the main capital Lome and using a 4×4 safari vehicle a two-day transfer may be recommended as the road network is poor.
